Tan Sri Datuk Chen Lok Loi, a Malaysian male aged 71, is our promoter, substantial shareholder and Non-Independent Non-Executive Director and was appointed to our Board on 19 November 2004.

Tan Sri Datuk Chen Lok Loi is also currently the Group Managing Director of MKH Berhad. A summary of his qualification and working experience are set out below:

EDUCATION & QUALIFICATION

• Bachelor of Business (Marketing) from Monash University, Australia

EXPERIENCE

• Has around 41 years of experience in property development and construction related businesses
• Began his career in 1982 as real estate agent
• Joined the management of MKH Berhad in 1982, and was appointed to the Board of Directors of MKH Berhad in 1984
• In 2005, redesignated as Group Managing Director of MKH Berhad, a position he presently holds
