EXPERIENCE

En. Abd Hadi bin Manas holds a Bachelor of Forestry Science from University Pertanian Malaysia (now known as University Putra Malaysia), and he was a committee member of the Malayan Agricultural Producers Association (MAPA) in Perak Tengah from the year 2004 until 2006. He also served as Chairman of MAPA in the Kelantan region from the year 2007 to 2008. He is currently a member of the Incorporated Society of Planters (ISP).

He started his career in 1993 with Kuala Lumpur Kepong Berhad (“KLK”) as an assistant plantation manager at four KLK estates. He was promoted to plantation manager in the year 2000. From 2009 to 2016, he was promoted to assistant general manager and managed ten oil palm and rubber estates, including monitoring costs and estimating estate expenses. He is also responsible for all the KLK’s estate utilities and special projects in Peninsular Malaysia.

Between 2014 and 2016, En. Abd Hadi bin Manas served as the general manager of Tradewinds Plantations Berhad and managed seven rubber and oil palm estates. He was appointed as the Regional Director of KLK’s oil palm estate in the year 2016. Currently, he is the Area Director who oversees and manages the KLK’s oil palm estate for the Kalimantan area in Indonesia, a position he has held since 2021.
