EXPERIENCE & ACHIEVEMENTS

Dato’ Lee Hau Hian was appointed to the Board on 19 August 2026 as the Non-Independent Non-Executive Director. Subsequently, on 27 August 2026, he was redesignated as the Non-Independent Non-Executive Chairman of the Company.

Dato’ Lee Hau Hian is the Managing Director of Batu Kawan Berhad and a Director of Kuala Lumpur Kepong Berhad (“KLK”), both companies are listed on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.

He is the Chairman of Chemical Company of Malaysia Berhad and a Director of Synthomer plc, a company listed on the London Stock Exchange. He is also the President of The Perak Chinese Maternity Association and the Chairman of Yayasan KLK. He also serves as a member on the Board of Trustees of Yayasan De La Salle and Tan Sri Lee Loy Seng Foundation.
