EXPERIENCE

Mr Lim Ban Aik (“Mr Lim”) was appointed to the Board on 19 August 2026 as the Non-Independent Non-Executive Director. Subsequently, on 27 August 2026, he was appointed as a member of the Company’s Audit and Risk Management Committee.

Mr. Lim Ban Aik (“Mr Lim”) was an International College (now known as Inti College) lecturer/tutor in 1998, and is now Directors of his family-owned company and its subsidiaries, Heah Seok Yeong Realty Sdn Bhd (“HSYR”) Group. Prior to his current position, Mr. Lim started his career in HSYR as an Administrative Executive and is currently actively involved with strategy planning, financial planning, advisory role and formulating directions for the HSYR Group. He also oversees accounts, human resource, procurement division and headquarter’s administration of the HSYR Group. Mr. Lim was an Honorary Secretary of Malaysian Estate Owner’s Association from 2015 to 2020.

Mr. Lim now serves as an independent non-executive director of Batu Kawan Berhad, a company listed on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. He has much experience in managing companies involving in plantations, property development and investment holding, where he is involved in strategic planning as well as day-to-day operations.

Currently, he is the Vice President of Malaysian Estate Owner’s Association.
